Reality Ranch Military Camp Privacy Statement

Reality Ranch Military Camp, hereby referred to as “RRMC” is committed to protecting and maintaining our visitors’ privacy on the internet, while using our web site, www.realityranchcamp.com. Any information gathered on this website will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected, including, but not limited to screening possible candidates for camp enrollment, obtaining family histories and contact information. RRMC is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and secure environment on the Internet for all of our visitors, complying fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Notice of our information practices are explained below as required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Regulations.

Registration and Refunds

In order to use this web site in its entirety, you must first complete the online registration form. In order to submit your online registration form, you will be required to accept all terms conditions, including our refund policy. Our refund policy clearly states that all deposits, camp tuition and other monies paid to Reality Ranch Camp are NON-REFUNDABLE, in whole or in part. When you submit your online registration form, or make a payment to Reality Ranch Camp, you indicate that you agree to these terms and agree to waive all rights to initiate a dispute or charge back with your bank or credit card company.

During registration, you will be required to provide contact information such as your name and email address. We use this information to contact you about the services on our web site in which you have expressed interest. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

• Names, addresses, dates of birth and other personal identifying information is collected for the purpose of fulfilling the information collecting requirements of our licensing agencies.
• Your email address is used as your user name to access your profile and other information on our web site, and for general contact purposes.

We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We use a private web designing firm to maintain and enhance our web site. When you sign up for RRMC enrollment, or a request for information from us, we will share your information as necessary for our web design company to be able to provide service to us. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
Third Party Disclosure
• RRMC does not sell or disclose information to third parties; however, information may be provided to third parties that are participating with RRMC in special projects or promotions, licensing and law enforcement officials, and staff members on a “need to know basis”.
• Personally Identifiable Information and/or children’s personally identifiable information provided to RRMC is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.
• RRMC does not share, sell, rent or trade PII with third parties for their promotional purposes.
Participation
• RRMC does not prohibit the participation in any activity based on requiring more personal information than is necessary.
• Should you elect not to provide us with the necessary personal identification information that is requested, your child will not be eligible for enrollment in camp. This information is required by our licensing and accreditation agencies.

Access to Personally Identifiable Information

Review or Deletion of Privacy Data
• RRMC will make a child’s information available for review by the child’s parent. Any parent wishing to review or have deleted personally identifiable information about his or her child should telephone the provided contact.
• Some information can be changed by the parent directly from their profile page, that they have voluntarily established on our web site.
Choice/ Opt Out

We provide you with the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we request this information. For example, if you purchase a product or service from us, but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.
